14 PRESIDENTIABLES SA UNANG BUGSO!

Nasisiraan na nga ng ulo yata ang mga Pilipino!

Nakapagtala kahapon ang Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa unang bugso nang paghahain ng certificate of candidacy (COC) ng 14 presidentiables, tatlo sa pagka-senador habang bokya naman sa pagka-bise presidente.

Isinara ng Project Management Office (PMO) ng Comelec, ang unang araw nang paghaharap ng COC ganap na alas-singko ng hapon.

Buena-mano sa filing ng COC sa pagka-pangulo kahapon ang isang ‘teacher-preacher’ na tubong Jagna, Bohol. Isang nilalang na gustong makilalang “Emperor of the World” at hihingi umano ng basbas kay Pope Benedict XVI upang pamunuan ang Pilipinas.

Tourist Spots In The Philippines

Siargao Island

Mag-aso waterfalls tragedy Bohol.

Death experience on a trip to Mag-aso falls on the island of Bohol Phillipines. The pics were taken by a local tourist who narrates the story.

June 30/2009 We had just got there it has been raining but stopped.

The falls are about 25ft tall, The water collects in a pool its not deep. There is a bamboo raft.

Your Favourite Holiday Destination

Vacations are approaching. I was thinking where to go. It will be a good idea to get some first hand information from expereinces of people on QL about their fav holiday destination instead of picking up opinions from the internet as they mostly sound like marketing gimmicks.

MANILA, Philippines - Qatar has introduced a law that protects overseas Filipino workers (OFW) and other expatriate workers, the Department of Labor and Employment said Wednesday.

In a recent meeting with the Philippine government in Bohol, the Qatari delegation explained their new “Sponsorship Law."

Under it, they said, Qatar’s Ministry of Labor or Ministry of Interior can allow workers who were maltreated and abused to transfer to other employers.

The delegation added that if a Filipino worker files a case with the labor court and the regular court, his or her employer cannot send the worker back the Philippines until pending claims have been settled.
