Qatar Red Crescent Volunteers-SAAED
By nephi2kph on Mon, 18/01/2010 - 2:29pmThe willingness to SERVE and HELP on behalf of others is the main reason why I am one of a volunteer. I consider all activities a treasure. To be with different nationalities of different cultures, belief and religion is kinda excellent experienced but to HELP and SERVED with people with different nationalities of different cultures, belief and religion DESPITE OF A HECTIC SCHED is kinda " PRICELESS HAPPINESS".
Let me share some of the volunteers HAPPY FACES during our H1N1 AWARENESS CAMPAIGN.
"PROUD AND HAPPY TO BE ONE OF QRC VOLUNTEER and A MEMBER OF QLV."

Drivers of 4WDs more prone to accidents, states study
By SPEED on Mon, 11/05/2009 - 7:01amBy Bonnie James
A Qatar-based study has revealed that 40.3% of drivers involved in accidents were driving four-wheel-drive vehicles.
The topic of the study was the impact of 4WD vehicles on risky driver behaviour and road traffic accidents.
The study, by Dr Abdulbari Bener (department of medical statistics & epidemiology, Hamad Medical Corporation) covered 1,110 Qatari drivers, including 263 women.
“As many as 80.5% of the drivers had an accident at least once in the last three years,” he told Gulf Times.
The results indicated that the 20-29-years old driver group had the highest proportion of accident involvement.
Does anyone knows the telephone number of Qatar Red Crescent for inquiries etc.?
Thanks so much.....Godbless
