THE LOGISTICS TEAM - 3RD ANNIVERSARY BASH!!!

We will require 2 teams to form the LOGISTICS GROUP!

LEAD TEAM - Eto yung mga sobrang excited na mauna sa site. Kaya hamo silang mapagod mag-set up ng mga gamit, tent, lutuan and ensure na me paparadahan ang main convoy!
CAR 1 - Dekyo + Plum + Mitz + FrancisZ (puno na)
CAR 2 - Madam Tet + (pwede pa 4 - re reserve ko muna sa mga YAYAs subject to their confirmation - GT, BF, Malley at Habibidak)
CAR 3 - Tet's Hubby + family (puno na)
CAR 4 - Qatar Explorer + Heero (puno na)
CAR 5 - Jnfyr + Rockvocalist (puno na dahil late sigurado ang mga ito kaya huwag kayong sasabay he he)
CAR 6 - Madam Joshil & da Bodyguards (puno na)
CAR 7 - Yadzsky + Family (puno na)

Qn: What are the thumb rules for a layman to take care of his heart ?
Ans:
1. Diet - Less of carbohydrate, more of protein, less oil
2. Exercise - Half an hour's walk, at least five days a week; avoid lifts and avoid sitting for a longtime
3. Quit smoking
4. Control weight
5. Control blood pressure and sugar

Qn: Is eating non-veg food (fish) good for the heart?
Ans: No

Qn: It's still a grave shock to hear that some apparently healthy person gets a cardiac arrest. How do we understand it in perspective?

first aid training

high school students, colege students get first aid training. also get police,workrs,taxi drivers, house wife
.it will protect humaniy and save life of huaman.in all vehicle and factories must keep first aid cntre and first aid box with law enforceable.

My Red Cross license as First Aider expired last May, where can i renew it? Is there Red Cross office here in Doha?

Hi Guys,
Simple tips in case of storm....

BEFORE THE STORM

1. Monitor the news or your local weather station for updates on the storm situation, when it will hit and how strong it will be.

2. Move to higher ground. Move away from creeks, streams, rivers, and strom drains. Flash floods can sweep over an area without warning, and you may only have minutes to get to safety. Note that flash floods can occur up to 12 hours after heavy rains.

i need some advice from u all. as i'm from India and professionally I'm a teacher. i have done B.A B.ed in Arts. even i hav done masters graduate in Hindi language.and got teachers training(B.ED) in Hindi language.
i want to do job at good schools ,. so what updates should i do regarding my qualifications? i mean i hurd i need some first aid training certificates etc. so i'm unaware about all that. so if u hav any ideas then pl share wit me. coz nw i'm going for holidays, so which crash courses can i do in my two months vacation to get teachers jobs at Q.P or Q.F.
even i need websites of Q.P, JOBS AND Q.F job vacancies regarding education.
good informations will be appreciated.
