By mdluqman on Thu, 14/05/2009 - 2:20pmI just want to share my bad experience at Markhia/Madinat Khalifa Health Clinic.
I was not well with bad cough and congestion and visited this place as it is near my house(Feerej Kulaib). I informed that I have family and working here and also showed my ID card(coz I don't have a Medical card).
The person at reception was sooooo rude that she didn't even care to look at my ID card and said "you no here".
I asked one doctor who was standing outside and he said I can show myself to a doctor without medical card by paying 30 Riyal. But again the lady at reception was not at all co-operative. I had to leave that place because of bad(regular) customer service.
