Al Qaradawi doesn't like football
By adey on Sat, 21/11/2009 - 9:29amor he has finally lost the plot!
He must have fun thinking up topics for his friday sermons.
Ron Manager retorted:
"Who is this Qaradawi fella? Small boys in the park, jumpers for goal posts, mum calling you in for your tea - ah memories!"
Did not know whether to post this in Funnies, but I think he is serious! :D
Noted Islamic scholar, Dr Yusuf Al Qaradawi, yesterday described as devils those who introduced the game of soccer;“Who introduced this game of soccer,” he wondered, describing them as satanic.
“And if by winning the game we enter the paradise, the fight can be justified, but can we enter the heaven if we win a game of soccer?”

What are your inputs....so that next time you will have a better experience.
The criticism should be positive.
One Algerian Supporter Killed in Cairo
By dawestsides on Sun, 15/11/2009 - 8:28pmI knew from the beginning that all this stupid effervescence on this stupid game was going to end badly...
I won't blame my egyptians brothers and generalize as I know that like in Algeria, you'll find sick, really sick people everywhere.
Now algerian supporters heading to Sudan for the Next Wednesday match are asking for retaliation, and I know them, blood will be spilled.Again.
Again innocent people from both sides will the pay the revenge price.
Shame on you journalists from both sides, somebody lost his life because of your sick minds!!!
Shame on you,Cairo's police: in Algeria 14 policemen have been injured while protecting egyptian contractors with their families from angry supporters after the sad stoning of the algerian team bus before the match.
SHAME ON YOU!
To The Visiting England Fans
By jasminejasmine on Sun, 15/11/2009 - 4:32pmHello fellow Englishmen, I owe you an apology. I was dreading so many England fans visiting Doha, drunk and violent people were the reason I left England. Well, I stand corrected. First, the stadium looked fantastic, the flags, the shirts and the atmosphere you created was brilliant. Second, I didn't see any of the England fans whistling during the minutes silence. Third, The endless stream of wandering, smoking chatterboxes were not you, nor were you the parents encouraging their children to boo at the other team.
Brazil ::vs:: England 1 - 0
By johny_boiei on Sat, 14/11/2009 - 10:27pmIt was a nice match at Khalifa Stadium
Match started at 8pm and the stadium was full of fans for both sides.both the teams played well and the difference came in when Brazil scored a goal by a head shot from the player No 11
England tried it best to make the score level 1-1 but the goal kepper of Brazil become a wall in front of the goal post
So the final score was 1-0 after the second half
