insurance claim

I have a dental pain . I have gone to few doctors here but they could not fix it . They are more interested about bigger insurance claim ( like cleaning, flossing , root canal etc ) and their share for further treatment . They have given me many anti-biotics but no effect . I am really frustated and don't know whom to go ( I am new in Qatar ). Can you please advice some good doctors so that I will ask only for the remedy from my tooth pain. I went to Appollo, future etc.

Can you please tell me the address and location of Qatar General Insurance Comapany ( Auto insurance claim ) . I called their office but nobody picked up the phone trying for 4 hrs.

This morning one guy hit my car at the back in a traffic signal (At yellow sign ) . I called the police and they came and took the report of the damage . The police told me to come to the police station tomorrow to hand me over the report . The guy who hit me accepted the responsibility . He has a third party insurance . Now how should I get the claim from his insurance company for the damaged repaired ? Can you please help me on this the next procedure as I am new in Qatar ?

What is the procedure for Auto insurance claim in Qatar ? Is it possible that body shop will claim directly from the insurance Company after deducting the mandatory deductable amount as per the policy from me? Or I have to pay and claim from the insurance company ?

last week I had an accident and rear bumber of my car
completely damaged(fault was not mine).i got reports from police and went (accused person's)Insurance company for claiming.now they are telling,I've to give half of the money for genuine spare parts..is it leagal?..what can i do now?..

this accident is critical and all the police task finish.but the driver is in critical condition.what i want to know is ,about compensation and insurance for the driver.the accident is happened in working hours.,then should the company pay any compensation? or any other insurance claim?
The company has not any insurance scheme for the driver.the fault is both sides.50%,50% no any fault or fine for the driver when its check through the www.moi.gov.qa.
