Hubby still loves wife who tried to kill him.

This proves that men are just suckers for love.........

A husband whose wife tried to kill him by slitting his throat after plying him with a sex drug said today he still loved her and wanted her freed from prison.
Peter Hale, 43, spoke out after seeing his wife, Joanne, sentenced to six years' jail after being found guilty of attempted murder.

Hale, 39, was having an 'affair' with a married man when she gave Peter a sex drug called 'Horny Goat Weed' and lured him to woodland in Bristol. There she cut his throat and stabbed him in the chest before running off.

After the case, Mr Hale said: 'I hope that she is out as soon as possible. My evidence was very confused and I hope that we have grounds for an appeal.
'I still love her very much.

Why British Are Rude

http://news.bbc.co.u...

Tamanna Rahman spent two months living on a Bristol housing estate for the BBC's Panorama programme Undercover: Hate on the Doorstep.

Here she explains her reasons for agreeing to take part in the programme and describes how it felt to be a daily target of racist abuse, both physical and verbal. Her report contains details of racial abuse.

In 2000, as a 16-year-old at my culturally and racially diverse Manchester secondary school, I was asked by a local television news team examining the hopes and aspirations of the first class of the new millennium if I felt that racism in Britain was a thing of the past.

Fresh-faced, naïve and optimistic, I answered yes; racism is dead.

Unmasked: But is Top Gear's Stig REALLY F1 ace Michael Schumacher?

By Lizzie Smith

He walked out onto the Top Gear stage to whoops of delight.

But when the elusive Stig lifted his iconic helmet last night he was jokingly revealed as none other than Formula 1 ace Michael Schumacher.

Jeremy Clarkson had previously promised that the true identity of the fearless test driver would be uncovered on the show - the first in the new series.

In his newspaper column Clarkson boasted: 'As a television moment, it's up there with Neil Armstrong walking on the... corpse of JR Ewing.'

And even after 'the Stig' had removed his mask in front of the appreciative audience he kept up the pretence, asking him: 'What's your real name? It's just too amazing for words!'

The British Justice System is a Farce !

Another great example of the liberal namby pambies taking over and being supprted by senil judges!!!!!!!!!!

THE justice system was branded a farce today after two burglars walked free from court — despite being caught in the act on camera.
Serial crooks Matthew Clark, 28, and Stefan Poyster, 21, were snapped by a neighbour as they broke open the rear window of a house with a crow bar.

And even though the evidence was handed to cops, Clark and Poyster, who grabbed property worth £1,400 in the raid, escaped jail thanks to a soft judge.

The pair, who have a history of drug abuse, admitted burglary but left Bristol Crown Court with a suspended sentence and supervision order.

England flies the flag of St. George today !

Away ya wee Scots... I'm painting my KIA Red and White for the day....

ENGLAND will be painted red and white today as millions salute the patron saint.
Thousands of events are planned to mark the national day in one of the biggest St George’s celebrations in recent years.

Culture Secretary Andy Burnham has instructed all Government departments to fly the famous red and white flags while church leaders have ordered parishes to ring out their bells in honour of St George.

Proud Bishop of Rochester Rt Rev Dr Michael Nazir-Ali urged clergy to hold dedicated services. He said: “St George came to personify the importance of conscience at the time people in England were beginning to emphasise the value of liberty.

Jobless man uses Porsche as advertisement

http://www.telegraph...

A construction manager who lost his job in Dubai has scrawled an advert on his Porsche in a bid to find new work.

Devastated Andrew Blair, 28, took a permanent black marker pen to his gleaming white Porsche Boxster S just hours after he lost his £75k tax free dream job.

Driving home through rush hour traffic with "made redundant today" and "project construction manager" on the rear of his vehicle, Mr Blair prompted calls from more than a dozen potential employers.

The scene is a modern echo of the 1920s Great Depression where jobless city traders walked the streets wearing billboards and placed signs looking for work on their cars.
