The Talented Mr. Montano

I just cant help it, and I gotta share this issue happening back home. Perhaps lots of you already know this. One of the instances which gives Filipinos a bad reputation to foreign investors.

http://delfindjmontano.blogspot.com/

Poor guy, he just made friends and messed with the wrong people. It is very hard to believe and accept, that there are lots of trustworthy people working their a**s off to have hard earned money, toiled from sweat and blood, wanting to do business back in the Philippines, seeking more financial support from foreign investors, yet there are some freaking spolied brat "Socialites" who are invincible in the soceity, born with a silver spoon in their mouth, makes a hell out of a poor australian investor's life savings!.

Evil, so evil. They have all the money enough to make them live multiple lifetimes, and still they stole money from a simple living scmuck, who just wanted to invest his money for something worth. And those he thought to be his trusted friends, were actually the one who'll gave him hell.

It is true than when you do business, you should not only have the right business case, and the right money... you should also have the right and trusted partners.

Truth or not? ... let's think again, lets think of the motive. What would a simple guy get for makig such noise, if it was not triggered by something big?..And if the stealing aint true, then why didnt Mr. Montano share the real reason behind it.

Pls tune in to this story on the above blogsite.

Goodnight and Good Luck…

Ok so the Al Jazeera English story is getting stranger by the second...

According to the Guardian story that "Steve Clark… resigned at the end of last week… saying his resignation had been a difficult decision." What bollocks… the fact is that Mr. Clark was at the end of his contract and the staff, (and I'm sure the administration), were fed up of his lack of engagement with his work. To most of us at the channel Mr. Clark's departure was a relief… as in big relief. His personal appointment of his then mistress, and now wife, Jo Bergin was big gossip at the channel and of course continues to be big gossip with her eventual dismissal and current lawsuit. No-one is making mention of the fact that she's lost the first part of her lawsuit for unfair dismissal and I doubt she'll get anywhere with the second part which is citing "race, religion, and gender discrimination". Hard to fathom when over half the staff of AJE are women who are Christian (like me), Jewish, white, black, Muslim, Buddhist, and on and on. The fact was that she was useless at her job and deserved to be let go. And ditto for her husband.

Not hard to see why Mr. Clark left… hard to be the Director of News when you are the news.

What happened to this GROUP (Qatar Movie Club)?

I'm just wondering what happened to the group?

Beast666 disappeared and the group (and some other groups) seems to be dormant for sometime.

Anyone could re-start this? Any suggestion, guys?
