mga kababayang nagtatrabaho sa Bank Industry
at mga Civil Engineers / Architect at iba pang related construction industry jobs...

This happened to my friend...

nagpaadvertise po ang kaibigan ko ng room for rent sa isang supermarket...a filipino couple inquired, check the place, nagustuhan ng couple ang room, pero may kundisyon sila na kung pwede eh sa katapusan na sila mag down...in short, pumayag ang mag-asawa (kaibigan ko) sa kundisyon ng uupa...

napansin na nila na si lalake na di umaalis ng bahay.. on-call daw po sya.. si babae naman daw po eh part-timer sa hotel...

Just in case you want to contest your housing contract, saang ahensya ba pwede pumunta? Alam nyo po ba kung saan located itong sinasabi nilang "Rental Dispute Ministry"?

Am reusit sa iau viza de Qatar pt. 30 de zile si ajung in Doha pe data de 17 decembrie. Insa am problema cu cazarea. Nu cauta nimeni coleg de apartament.... la pret rezonabil? Sau nu stiti pe nimeni cine ar cauta? Is disperat ca insfasit reusesc sa ajung in Doha dar nu am cazare!
Va rog daca puteti sa ma ajutati!

I just want to share this with you. for your protection as a buyer.

Rights of a defaulting buyer under RA 6552, realty installment buyers protection act.

Thanks to Mr. Maceda buyers have the protection from realty firms, what is Mr. Maceda thingking when he passed this law. This law is for the protection of realty firms, not for the buyers, this law is crap.

And one more thing how many of you were advice by your agents when you purchase your house and lot.

Mr. Maceda is back in the scene again now that Mr. Estrada is gunning for the precidency again.

OO mga kabayan, saan ba maganda bumili ng condo sa maynila na hindi naman gaano kamahalan? yung pang OFW ga!
