internet connection

When settling in a new apartment, what are the chances of me getting an internet connection that comes with wifi? is this easy to avail or do apartments come with this? thanks!

i have an adsl connection and 4 other peoples are also sharing.today when i opened yahoo a message from qtel came as warning.i have pasted that below

PLEASE ADVISE THE MOST AVAILABLE INTERNET CONNECTION FOR THE USE LAPTOP LIKE WiFi ETC.

the book club here says i wont get membership until i get 25 points.. n since i've been waiting for qtel to fix my internet connection since 2 months,, i dont know when will i make so may points!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
anyways, if i could find a library where i could BORROW books n return it in 2 weeks times, it would be gr8 :)

we are relocating in our new house. and i don't know what i am going to do with our landline and internet connection. what is the procedure in transferring our account from our old house to new one. is there anything like a changing location form to be filled up and submit to QTEL.please if any one can give an advice what to do will be appreciated. thanks QL friends
