QTEL charges for VODAFONE calls ???
By steve2umar on Mon, 28/09/2009 - 3:55pmI recently changed my ordinary shahry package with qTel to their special package which gave me much benifit.
I was able to call all over the world ... get in touch with most of my friends I hadn't called for ages without having to worry about how many minutes I have spoken for.
It came to me as a surprise to find out that I was charged for calling VODOFONE users while there was no charge whatsoever for any other number. QTEL, in all their advrtising communications made it very clear that all local and international calls are included in the SHAHRY package minutes.
Did any of you experience this. If so what action have you taken.
Don't get me wrong ... its not an issue if QTEL made it clear to us that they would bill all VF calls.
