Has anyone travelled out of Qatar recently with a car on QNB installments?

Do you need any other paperwork besides exit permit and Saudi Transit visa ?

I understand you might need permission from QNB.

I am driving to Dubai from Doha this Eid. I have prepared my Visas and Vehicle Permits. My question is, has anyone made this trip recently? What are the roads like? How safe is it? Has anyone come accross any major problems? Are they nice on the borders? or are they difficult (Qatar, Saudi and UAE border)? Are there many Gas station stops? Do the stops have restaurants or cafes (in Saudi and UAE)? If so, what kind of cafes or restaurants? Any good franchise cafes like starbucks etc or just local juice stall kind of places? Let me know, i would be interested to hear some feedback!
