Majlis releases DVDs of Alami Award, Mushaira
By sfd24 on Sun, 11/10/2009 - 11:41amQatar-based internationally acclaimed Majlis Farogh-e-Urdu Adab released DVDs of its 13th Alami Farogh-e-Urdu Adab Award and Alami Mushaira 2009 at a function held at Shezan hotel on Friday.
Pakistani Embassy Community Welfare Attaché, Dr Syed Mansoor Abbas Rizvi, who attended the function as guest of honour, officially launched the DVDs comprising award giving ceremony and the grand Alami Mushaira featuring top literary fighures from India and Pakistan.
Mohammad Atiq, Chairman, Board of Patrons, attributed successful holding of the event to officials of the Majlis, members, Board of Patrons and sponsors. He urged Urdu lovers to get copies of DVD which is being offered at cost price.
