Rescued animals at Dohavets
By juliez on Sun, 18/10/2009 - 8:37amFrom tomorrow (Saturday 31/10/09), Dohavets will no longer be providing temporary shelter for rescued dogs and cats.
QAWS are unable to help for obvious reasons: their temporary accommodation is already overflowing.
Kim the manager is now desperately looking for foster homes (or adopters) for the remaining animals. If you can help in any way at all, please contact her directly on qatarkimmy/-a-t-/yahoo.com, or PM me.
Finally, a 'thank you' is due to Dr Khalid of Dohavets for allowing his facilities to be used to help the abandoned animals of Doha over the past few months, and especially in the wake of the QAWS fire.
