By Mandilulur on Sat, 31/01/2009 - 7:03pmProbably everyone knew this (except me) but there is a Ministry of the Interior kiosk in City Center, one floor down from Carrefour, that does car registration renewals. We had ours done in, no kidding, less than five minutes! Considering the time and effort it took to get the vehicle insurance renewed, this was a miracle.
