Need Help.....

Hi,
I came to qatar last month,
but the i didnt get RP and still the company didnt
aply to give me the qatar ID since the company is running under loss.and at a point of shutting down the company.
my question is if i get the NOC, is it required to get
the police clearance report(for our country,police clearance report is required for VISA) agin for the next employment(VISA)if i found a new job.
I have already submitted a police clearance report to the existing company for the existing VISA.
Do i have to go to my country agin to get the police report.
please advise me on it.

Chinese Fiancee

My Fiancee is here in Doha. We plan to marry next year but she wants to find a job that will give her an RP/Visa. So that we can save money for the wddding. She is from Lvshun China. English OK but lack of confidence. She is very hard working and very polite

PLEASE TELL ME THE REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE IN THE AUTHENTICATION OF MY VISA IN THE QATAR EMBASSY MANILA, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

DO I NEED TO UNDERGO MEDICAL EXAMINATION AND PDOS? (PRE DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR

3 month work Visa in Qatar

I am currently working here in Qatar i have beeen a direct hire from Manila. they gave me a Work Visa duration of 3 Months, Single Entry and i Arrived in Doha on May 24, 2009. Now, i did not like my Employers/Company policy and treatment, i want to go back to Philippines but they are witholding me and telling that i cannot leave the country.i checked the Validity of my Visa:09/10/2009 and Issued Date : 12/04/09, so does it means that even thought i arrived here on May 24,2009 and in August 24, 2009 is my 3rd month, w/out Medical... can they still withold me up to 09/10/09 ???

Please help i need your advice...

NOC Letter

Hi Guys,
Can I know if anyone was on personal sponsorship & left Qatar on cancellation of the VISA,but needs to come back under a company sponsorship. Is the NOC letter from the previous personal sponsor a must? What if the new sponsor is going to be Qatar airways ( cabin crew)? Is there any loop hole where the new company VISA can be taken without the NOC from the previous personal sponsor? What if the previous sponsor is refusing to give the NOC? Let me know if u guys know anything...

Can company Visa be transfered within a year? If Yes, How?

Hi!

I'm on company Visa and am working with this company since 28th July 2008. I've received contract termination letter and the company has told me to find another job.
My Visa expires on 27th August 2009. According to the Law I've an idea that the visa cannot be transfered from the original sponsor for 1 year. My boss says if any other company is ready to transfer your visa, he can cancel my visa and give me a no objection letter and the visa will get transfered within couple of days. I don't know what is the exact procedure and I'm confused as I don't understand what to do. Please, could someone advise me the exact procedure in my case and also advise on what steps I've to take.
