Salary and Allowances

I am Thai and 7.5 yrs experience in building construction firm.Now I am being offered from joint venture company betwwen Thai company and Qatar about the new job in Doha for the Entertainment complex project.The position is site inspection engineer and the company not yet to send the saslary to me.
I ask for this question with thai company they said
1. The salary up to Qatar offering.
2. add the accommodation, housing and transportation but meals will deduct from the salary.
3. A year I can leave 1 month
OK my question is how much the salary for this position.

m 24 yrs old ,living in pak,BE mechnical engr ,7 months experience .i have been selected as a jr.engr piping in ccc for their project in qatar for QP and shell (GTL) .i guess its a 3 yrs project.
ccc is offering me 5250QR (4000QR basic + 1250QR overtime) .the food ,accomodation and transport from camp to site is free .2600USD is an yr completion bonus .also 1 double the salary bonus in an yr.21 leaves and 1 air tickect to my country.
wat u guys say that at this stage of my life is it a good oppurtunity .will it benefit me in future in terms of money and profession.also pls tell me abt ccc reputation ?? my current package ??.wud i be able to join companies like QP and SHELL after like working for 3 yrs with ccc in this project .

to the concern people in this universe, can somebody hire me for good? it's because i think i am paid LOW? i am a restaurant manager & paid at QR 2500 per month. accomodation,food,& transportation are all provided. but with the cost of living nowadays all over the world skyrocketed. i have a family to support, all my salary goes to them. for me only a bottle of mineral water that i can buy after i send them the money. please help!

It had been almost 5 weeks now since my last interview with RASGAS in Malaysia and recently I was offered a Senior Staff (field) position with QG. My question is:
1. Does RASGAS usually require a long period of time to decide? I came across the same post that reply came in 6 weeks later .... Is this the norm?

2. Your opinion on these 2 RASGAS & QG ..... the advantages over each other and who shall I accept?

3. What are the perks & salary offered by QG?
RASGAS offered perks asf:
a. Housing - 55k with dep of 20% annually
b. Transportation - 2k
c. Car loan - upto 5x monthly salary
d. Insurance - upto 5x annual salary
e. Annual return Air tickets (w/fam)
f. Medical & Dental (w/fam)

how much will be the salary for secretary in Doha?

my hubby just recently took a salary/employment certificate from his company so that i could apply for a housing allowance from my company (as i am currently receiving only half of which). unfortunately, i was told by HR that the company he was working for was different from the sponsor written in my husband's QID. they asked me to get a letter from this sponsor, as otherwise i will not be granted full housing allowance. i am somewhat confused as to how to proceed, from what i know he is working in an american company that's why they have to pay an agency to get visa for my husband. can anyone tell me, what can i do in such a case? what can i ask from his company or his sponsor to present to my employer so i could avail of my haousing allowance.

I am working in the rank of Manager (which is Grade 5)in a central power sector enterprise of Govt. of India., and have an experience of 14 plus years. I have an offer from Kahramaa (Qatar Electricity and Water Authority) as PROJECT ENGINEER. They are now asking me to quote my expected salary. Can you good guys guide me as to what salary should I quote for this particular Co. and position.

I was wonder if somebody here could help out, as we have a past pool of experienced ppl.

One of my friends is in the process of securing a job /-a-t-/ Adnoc dist as a Sr eng with a total of 8- 10 years of experience. Could you advise what he should expect in terms of salary + perk and the work environment.

anybody here who has worked with Adnoc could he great help.

i would like to know if there is and how much would be the income tax for a foreign person who is getting qr7500/month?
is this necessary/compulsary?

Basic Salary - QAR 32k per month
Accomodation - QAR 8.5k per month
Car Allowance - QAR 1.2k per month

I am single, what type of accomodation can i expect to get for this allowance?
