I have all the necessary docs for Permanent visa application for my wife(currently on family visit visa):
1)NOC & Salary letter(11K gross)from company
2)Attested Certificates(Marriage,School records) from Embassy & MOFA
3)4months bank statements
5)Tenancy contract & electricity bills

Now, I plan to do the following but not really sure & hopefully able to get insights from you.

-Submit all docs to Labor Department(is it the Labor building near American Hospital, any application form to be filled up,).

-Wait for approval from Labor by checking website(www.mlsa)
-Once approved, Go to Immigration(either Ghrafa or Abu Hamour), pay 500 and proceed to Medical Commission.
-Wait for Medical Result before Fingerprinting
-Must also do Blood Typing

I would like to know the visit visa proceetures to Qatar.Can any one please regarding this answer?

Hi my freind, by the way im working now but since Im not satisfied with the salary I want to give up from work. I think they have not yet transfered my visa. What do i need to do my friend??Will they send me back home or what?The contract tells 6months probationary and I have worked for only 3weeks..What will i do..plsss give me advise

I am working under one sponser. I am having time to work in part Time. Any rules is there for part time job. Is it any nessary to inform to sponser. pl. Explain

I am indian and I had RP for qatar and exit from qatar on january 2008 with out cancelled RP. Now, I am in bahrain with new company and i would like to enter into qatar based on bahrain visa. Please note that, my qatar RP expired. Can I enter into qatar based on arrival visa.
I had as per new rules, i can't enter into qatar upto 2 years. Can anybody explain me about this matter

Very very disappointing

I was appointed by a bank in qatar in June but after three months HR department of that bank told me that my visa is rejected by the Qatar Government on account of block visa policy for pakistani and we are still trying. It is very bad time for me. What i do pls suggest may i wait or not pls suggests. What is the actual story behind this after acepting offer letter my visa is rejected. What may i take

As my company doeas not have visa approval for my nationality, I am working under the sponsorship of another company which is again sponsored by our local sponsor.
My RP will expire in Jan-09.
My questions are:
Is it true that first my RP has to renewed before changing the sposnorship to my company?
Is it possible to change the proffession on the visa while transferring the RP
If yes, then is it required to attach educational certificates to change the proffession (say, as manager)?
The proffession on the new visa has to be one on the proffessions already approved by the ministry (none for my nationality yet) for my company, or can it be anything which is not in the approved list of proffession/nationality for my company?

Please throw some light on the above.

I am planning to sponser a maid who is currently in Doha, but she is going home for 2 months after completing her contract with the current sponser.

Can she come again to work after 2 months to a new sponser? what does it take?

About one month ago I got accepted to be a systems engineer in the government, then they asked me for some papers like the criminal report, passport photocopy to apply for a visa for me. Later on, I sent these documents, and never heared from them again. I don't really know what is going on there?? am I still accepted, has the visa been rejected so I dont hear about them?

If someone can tell me how to get the visa application number and then I will check it myself from the MOI website, this will be great.

I HAVE BEEN ISSUED NEW PASSPORT , IS IT NECESSARY TO ENDORSE RP ON NEW ? OR I CAN LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITH
NEW PASSPORT ATTACHED WITH OLD PASSPORT WITH RP ON IT.
