Toyota in Qatar
By realtorqatar on Tue, 14/10/2008 - 1:57pmAs I know from the Qatar market, Toyota is the leader in the vehicle segment. What I learned from the customers attitude towards Toyota nowadays is;
1.Unless and until Toyota is putting up more service stations (at least half a dozen more) the market share is gonna plumb in Qatar atlest.
2.Toyata has a bad repo for delivering the vehicles after repair in timely manner.
3.All new buyers are seeking many other manufacturers just because they can't wait for the car in service station.
4.If a market leader needs to maintain the leadership, the existing customers should be well kept.
Hope Toyota does something good to solve these problems, so that our next car is Toyota again.

Asia's migrant workers fear losing jobs in gl
By falcon_sl on Mon, 13/10/2008 - 5:22pmAs the global financial storm blows fear through Asia's stock markets, Filipino maid Christy Arciaga is jittery -- even though she does not own any shares.
Her businessman employer has lately become more irritable as he has watched his investments being swallowed in a sea of red ink, and the 46-year-old domestic helper is often on the receiving end of his bad moods.
"My employer would turn on the television every morning to check the latest stock market report even before breakfast. He is often angry and tells me he might send me home even before my contract ends," Arciaga said.
"The thought of going back has caused me sleepless nights. What about my family? Two of my children are still in college."

Harrasment from a Karwa Driver
By newbie28 on Sat, 11/10/2008 - 8:40amJust few minutes ago i took a karwa from C ring to my office here in Salwa. When I asked for the bill it's QR7.50 I gave this driver 50 riyals since that is the smallest bill in my wallet and immediately this Indian driver raised his voice on me and kept shouting at me to look for smaller bill. Until now I'm still on shock with what happened because this is the first time I have experienced this from a Karwa driver. I already called and complained to Karwa I hope this guy will be given a lesson. For today he is driving Karwa with plate number 452. I asked for his name and shouted at me NO NAME! I asked for the receipt and again shouted KALI WALI RECEIPT!
I just hope this guy will be given a lesson for his being arrogant

Relationships
By sapphire08 on Sat, 11/10/2008 - 6:21am'Guess not all kinds of relationships are "made in heaven", especially marriages.
Some fail because one or both partners fall out of love, for married couples they have extra marital affairs and other marriages dissolve due to a dwindling sex life.
It's really easy when you are the one giving this advice that despite all the lies, betrayal and pain, LIFE HAS TO GO ON.
But then, when it happens to someone like you or me for that matter…it's really hard don't you think?
