Has anyone applied recently for the Mozaic service from Qtel?If so, how long did it take for them to connect you?I applied nearly 3 weeks ago and despite having an appointment date of Sept 1st Qtel has still not contacted me to come and install the service.

situation:

A newly hired employee, been working for a month only, with issued RP... made 2 consecutive absences due sickness... when she returned for work she was adviced not to work anymore and they will cancel her work visa... after several days, she checked online and indeed she was marked CANCELLED....employer advise her to turn herself in to the deportation centre and from there they will issue her plane ticket to her country....

question, how much would be her penalty for still saying in Qatar? 500QR per day or 10QR?

What the ruling on tinting windows in cars, can you get all windows tinted, or only the back side window or what. And is it true you have to apply for permission to have the window tinted, Surly its not that bad here is it??? I have see it in shops that yo can buy of the shelf.

Qatar is lacking of Ramadan Iftar arrangement compared to other middle east countries....
First day of Ramdan I planned to go for Ifter somewhere in one masjid...but when I reached the tent near one masjid in Mansoura it was full at round 5:15 PM and so many people were waiting outside to get chane to join the party.
The leader os the party was telling them today you cannot get in fo ifter and they was desperate.
As bachelors are more here, they donot have other alternative for iftar. Most of the camps are not providing iftar facility adn even cooking ios not allowed inside camp.
It was a desperate seen that these people went ouside and just buying a bottle of water and breaking the fast.
This is never seen in other countries like Oman , KSA or Kuwait...

Accidently dog got into Abuhamur Qtel Building from his owner. If u missed ur dog or interested in pet dogs kindly contact. Now the dog is ok. But dont know how long it survive in the outside condition & food. It s merely not possible for me to provide the shelter to it. If the owner or interested persons give a call. Gokulan . A.
