Harrasment from a Karwa Driver

Just few minutes ago i took a karwa from C ring to my office here in Salwa. When I asked for the bill it's QR7.50 I gave this driver 50 riyals since that is the smallest bill in my wallet and immediately this Indian driver raised his voice on me and kept shouting at me to look for smaller bill. Until now I'm still on shock with what happened because this is the first time I have experienced this from a Karwa driver. I already called and complained to Karwa I hope this guy will be given a lesson. For today he is driving Karwa with plate number 452. I asked for his name and shouted at me NO NAME! I asked for the receipt and again shouted KALI WALI RECEIPT!
I just hope this guy will be given a lesson for his being arrogant

Qatar Shopkeeper Cheating - - WD HARD DISK

I have purchased a Western Digital Hard Disk 500 GB from sofitel... within 1 week it crashed.. when i took it back to the shopkeeper... he is not cooperating properly.. its now one month passed when i returned the damaged piece... and till now they are giving excuses.., please help how can i approach legally, can i go to the police.

I strongly believe that in a strict country like qatar, there should be some laws the help the consumers from getting cheated...

please advise how can i move legally, please help me.. when the hard disk was damaged there was 400 gb data which was totally lost and they said they are not responsible for that.

The shopkeeper was misbehaving with me with i went to followup about the hard disk.

please help..

My cousin and I are very good friends eversince we are child we are like BROTHERS we are both working here in qatar, he works in doha near Salwa Road and I worked in Ras laffan. but i also live in doha. American stranded in Qatar

Has anyone heard anymore about the American man that is stuck here in Qatar because he lost his job as a basketball coach and owes money on a loan he took out to help with his mother's medical bill? Does anyone know how to get in touch with him?
