Celebrating better half of humankind..!!!!
By painther on Tue, 09/03/2010 - 12:57pmIt's a day late but never late to celebrate the better half of us,
Here goes a story (this is from forward mails so many have already read it, (no need to remind me); this is my attempt to Congratulate Women.
A little boy asked his mother, 'Why are you crying?' 'Because I'm a woman,' she told him.
'I don't understand,' he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, 'And you never will.' 'All women cry for no reason,' was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry.
Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone, he asked, 'God, why do women cry so easily?'
God said:
• When I made the woman she had to be special.
Noynoy’s Flip-Flopping

When I first heard leading presidential candidate Noynoy Aquino tell his assembled fans at the Makati Business Club that he would not raise taxes or introduce new ones if elected president, I held my peace. The statement was such an obvious populist sound-bite, such a blatant made-for-TV canard that I figured it didn’t deserve comment.
Politicians, after all, make such promises all the time. It doesn’t matter if they’re telling squatters that they won’t be removed from lands that they don’t own, or offering assurances of benevolent protection from overzealous regulators and tax collectors to fat-cat contributors bearing millions in unreported campaign funds.
Why Women Cry watch her eyes
By rezymalik on Thu, 14/01/2010 - 2:56pmA little boy asked his mother, 'Why are you crying?' 'Because I'm a woman,' she told him.
'I don't understand,' he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, 'And you never will.'
Later the little boy asked his father, 'Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?'
'All women cry for no reason,' was all his dad could say.
The little boy grew up and became a man, still wondering why women cry..
Finally he put in a call to God. When God got on the phone, he asked, 'God, why do women cry so easily?'
God said

*I made her shoulders strong enough to carry the weight of the world, yet gentle enough to give comfort.
*I gave her an inner strength to endure childbirth and the rejection that many times comes from her children.

What is EGO..?
By alsboy on Sun, 29/11/2009 - 10:59amMost people think of the word Ego and think that it means your "arrogant" or you think that you are "better than others". Is that truly the definition of Ego? Is that the only example of Ego?
Absolutely not. Ego is an invisible shield planted around yourself to protect yourself from the outside world. Ego shows up in all sorts of ways.
What Is A Grandparent?
By ghazalz on Wed, 04/11/2009 - 11:23pmTaken from papers written by a class of 8 year-olds
*-Grandparents are a lady and a man who have no little children of their own. They like other people's.
*-A grandfather is a man & a grandmother is a lady!
*-Grandparents don't have to do anything except be there when we come to see them. They are so old they shouldn't play hard or run. It is good if they drive us to the shops and give us money.
*-When they take us for walks, they slow down past things like pretty leaves and caterpillars.
2012 - Hoax Or Serious...?
By alsboy on Fri, 23/10/2009 - 11:43pmSCIENTIFIC EXPERTS from around the world are predicting that 3 years from now, all life on Earth could well come to an end. Some are saying it’ll be humans that would set it off. Others believe that a natural phenomenon will be the cause. And the religious folks are saying it’ll be God himself who would press the stop button. The following are some likely arguments as to why the world would end by the year 2012.
Reason one: Mayan calendar
The first to predict 2012as the end of the world were the Mayan, a bloodthirsty race that were good at two things -- building highly accurate astrological equipment out of stone and sacrificing virgins.
Peace in the Flood
By hawker on Tue, 20/10/2009 - 11:34ammay paparating na bagong bagyo at may babala na may malakas na lindol na tatama sa ating inang bayan. share ko lang itong pinadala sa akin ng aking kaibigan, copy-paste ko lang.
When the oceans rise and thunders roar
I will soar with You above the storm
Father, You are King over the flood
I will be still and know You are God.
These were the lines from a song that gave resilience and peace, saving a 67-year old woman on top of her old roof in Geneva St. Provident Village, Marikina , during the rampage of tropical storm Ondoy in Luzon .
OUR DAILY BREAD (September 23, 2009)
By foci3173 on Wed, 23/09/2009 - 7:49pmAn airplane on its turn flight suddenly had a turbulence...Oxygen bags were dispensed so all the passengers started to panic, except for a boy who was playing with his PSP console. When trouble was over, they asked the boy why he remained calm and how he seemed unafraid to die.
With a smile in his face, he answered: "The Pilot is my Dad."
That's TRUST. If God is the Pilot of our life, there's no need to worry even if everything goes wrong!
Jesus of Siberia: Claims he's son of God.
By britexpat on Sun, 30/08/2009 - 2:00pmThe beard and long hair are both present and correct. And with his flowing linen robes and beatific smile he certainly does a fine impression of a holy man.
But to his believers in this remote corner of Siberia, Sergei Torop, a former traffic policeman, is the literal reincarnation of none other than Jesus Christ.
