Is tap water drinkable in qatar?

We use bottled water for drinking, but all the mineral and benefits of real water is not retained in bottled water.
We heard some families are drinking "tap water" (water that comes from Doha Municipality) from years. Is there any harm if we switch to tap water for drinking?

Five expatriates owners of properties

"Abdullah Ibrahim al-Sada: dream homes for expatriates"

Doha Municipality yesterday introduced five beneficiaries of a programme allowing non-Qataris to buy residential properties on a renewable leasehold of 99 years in Qatar.
The scheme, backed by a decree issued in 2004 and a Cabinet decision in 2006, would allow the prospective buyers to stay in Qatar practically without a sponsor. The ownership of the property would move to the “first degree” inheritor in case of the owner’s death.

Green & Clean Drive at Al Waqra Beach...

This morning more than one hundred volunteers gathered & participated in todays "Green & Clean Drive" located at Al Waqra Beach...

A lot of members from QLFilExpat join hand in hand towards the success of this campaign...

I believe this campaign arranged by Qatar Green Center -Goverment of Qatar & Doha Municipality...

Hundreds of Volunteers turnout for 'Green & Clean' Drive

More than 120 Volunteers participated in today's 'Green & Clean' Campaign arranged by Qatar Green Center (Govt. of Qatar) and Doha Municipality.
The Campaign was to Clean the Al Waqra Beach which started at 08:00AM and Ended around 10:30AM.

Many Volunteers started gathering from 7:00AM at KFC parking which was the Meeting Point. Several cars kicked off from the Airport road and reached Al Waqra Beach in one Caravan.
