Busy Bees Summer Programme

Well help is at hand…
For the fourth year, Busy Bees Nursery is running a summer programme full of fun, crafts, water play,
dress–up, kitchen-fun, soft play room and computer fun.
Let your children get creative and make new friends!

We offer -
• A choice of 5 days, 3, and 2 days a week

The QL Volunteers Group was one of the first groups setup on Qatar Living. Aisha, one of our most prolific members setup the group and arranged for Qlers to give back to those less fortunate in Qatar by volunteering their time and energy:

I’m really excited and happy that we will start a QL group for our volunteers! This is just great. After the QL Blood Donation Camp1, the QL visits for children with special needs, and a couple of charitable projects organized by our dear QL members, we’ll have our own , hopefully growing, group!! Yaaay

SPEED has shown the same enthusiasm, caring and spirit in organising last weeks activities. Many people have nominated SPEED as group owner and I'm glad to announce that he has agreed to take on this task and help QLers give back!

(eat ARATILIS ?–sorry, got no English translation for this fruit)

*nagpipitpit ng gumamela para gawing soapy bubbles na hihipan mo sa binilog na tanggkay ng walis tingting?

(mashed a gumamela flower to mix and make soapy bubbles that you will blow thru a loop made from coconut stem?)

*pinipilit ka ba matulog ng nanay mo pag hapon at di ka papayagan maglaro pag di ka natulog?

(Your mother won’t allow you to play unless you take your afternoon siesta/nap?)

*marunong ka magpatintero, saksak puso, langit-lupa, teleber-teleber, luksong tinik?

jus want to ask kung ano po ba ang gagawin ng isang tao na hinahanap napo ng mga pulis dahil nagtatago nasya then narealize ng taong pong iyon na mali ang kanyang ginawa at gusto na nyang sumuko kasi po iniwan na sya ng husband nya , wala napo syang trabaho at nakikitira nalang sya ngayon, eh gusto napo nyang sumuko at umuwi nalang sa pinas pano po kaya yun mapapababa po ba ang sentence nya kung kusa po syang susuko? Aminado naman po syang may pagkakamali syang ginawa ang gusto nya lang po eh makauwi na sya sa pinas... salamat po sa advise....

It was another successful get-together. Once again we have shared a happy afternoon and have met new friends.

The venue/food committee who worked to find a venue and pick the food we all enjoyed.

The registration/membership committee who prepared the nametags, handled the finances and video presentation of the past events

The program committee who worked tirelessly to bring us program we really enjoyed and laughed our hearts to and prizes and surprises we received.

This day was a blast!

mga kabayan, baka naman po may ilan sa inyo na katulad ng situation ng hubby ko. he's an engineer po kase, i just came here under his sponsorship nun feb 2008 and now working here. finished contract na po sya sa current employer nya and overseas hire sya. ang problem po, ayaw nya na sana magrenew sa company nya because he's not being compensated well, madami na ngayon tumatatwag sa kanya na magagandang company at mas magandang offer ang kaso ayaw naman magbigay ng NOC/release ng company nya...ano po kaya ang best option nya? aside from staying sa company nya? ayaw nya naman po sana umuwi kase ibig sabihin kelangan ko din umuwi kasama nya...
