First 5 years: 21 days per year

Next 5 years: 28 days per year

Next 10 years: 35 days per year

After 20 years of service: 40 days per year

After 20 years of service: 40 days per year

I didn't check the recent updates, but it was published in all news papers according to labor law long time back :)

The end of service gratuity according to the labor law is "not less than a three-week wage for every year of employment."
