Qatar's Prime Minister calls for dialogue to end Syrian crisis

HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani was re-elected as President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) for a new Olympic term (2024 to 2028). While  Mohammed bin Yousef Al Mana was elected as QOC’s First Vice-President, Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari and Jassim bin Rashid Al Buenain were chosen as the Second Vice-President and Secretary General respectively.

The 2024 Doha Forum, set to commence on Saturday, will feature over 4,500 participants from more than 150 countries. More than 300 speakers will be present, including seven heads of state, seven heads of government, and 15 foreign ministers. Senior officials and leaders of regional, international, and UN organisations will also attend.
