Hello Friends

Yesterday I was waiting in AlJazeera TV Signal, the signal turned green and 3 vehicle ahead of me moved suddenly the signal turned yellow & red quickly my vehicle passed in Red but no flash. Then I saw the fire engine coming out going towards the round about,this I feel was an emergency override for them to pass. Is there any fine?

Some traffic signals equipped with modern emergency pass way devices which can be controlled by emergency vehicles like ambulances, civil defence etc. .
