I have recently submitted my ADLSA application as I got job termination letter but company refused to give NOC. I completed my tenure assigned and got the experience certificate as well. But under competitive clause company refused to give NOC and have to apply in ADLSA. I received my Review message last week but recently when reached Al Khor office they confirm my old employer has raised obligation. After that day, my ADLSA status webpage shows only existing employer details with under review status. Does it meant my application is rejected or is system error. Though I have not received any rejection message. I am confused and not sure what's the real problem if my old employer terminate me and give me experience certificate but still ADLSA accept the obligation raised by them. In reality I have never worked for them and was hired and seconded to another company in my full tenure of 1.4 yrs.
