Cargo missing from PARCEL EXPRESS & GOODWILL CARGO

I have sent cargo 6 months before thorough PARCEL EXPRESS CARGO ( office near Crazy signal, above Ajjnappavar restaurant), then they handed over my cargo to GOODWILL cargo. Until today cargo not received.

please guide me, how I can get my cargo
