Family visit visa Metrash

i got a family visit visa by my wife thru metrash.

i used to apply it my self via hayya but my hayya app got an error and has been unresolved by support for 2 weeks now.

my question is, me and my wife plans to visit nearby country after I enter Qatar and plans to reenter Qatar after the tour.

can my wife reapply me a visit visa via metrash right away after I exit Qatar and plan of reentry is after 4 days?
