Dear team 

kindly i need a advice 

I brought one car from my friend  without change the owner ship to my name and now he is out of qatar and I already got the power of attorney to change the vehicle to my name from previous owner 

but when i go to traffic department they said i can't change to my name because of privies owner has a violation on his id 

please advise what can i do to transfer the vehicle
