Rent Deposit not refunded - Doha, Qatar. DO NOT rent from Al Asmakh Real Estate!

Hi.
Recently I checked out from a 3 Bedrooms apartment from Beverly Hills Tower, West Bay, owned by Al Asmakh Real Estate.
Al Asmakh wanted to charge 3,450 QR from my rent deposit. After complaining they reduced it to 2,350 QR.

Al Asmakh  https://www.facebook.com/alasmakhrealestatedc  are crooks! Do not rent from them!

My final check out inventory has no mention of any damage or paint problems to justify these random charges. The apartment is in excellent condition, same as when I checked in.

This is abusive behavior from Al Asmakh and it's not covered by any document, my final check out inventory or the lease contract.
These scammers are betting that people will just accept the situation instead of taking the legal way. All their tenants face the same problems when checking out.

If after the 30 days they will not refund my full deposit, I will raise a legal dispute.

The easy and cheap option is to raise a legal dispute at the Rental Dispute Settlement Committee in Al Muntazah Park, opposite to the Holiday Villa Building, Muntazah. The fee is only 100 QR.

The alternative is to take the case to the Minister of Justice.

I recommend all people in a similar situation to take action and don't let Al Asmakh or other landlord take your money.
