visa getting rejected again and again

Dear freinds ,

I got a job in Qatar and later my visa was rejected . it was rejected 3 times as of now. I dont have any medical issues but still getting rejected for no reason . What shall I do . can some one help me ? I really need this job because I left my current job in UAE believing that that Qatar visa will be done . If anyone have any suggestion , please write it here .
