Authentic and inspirational cultural experiences are offered by Qatar Museums (QM), the country's leading institution for art and culture, through an expanding network of museums, heritage sites, festivals, public art projects, and programs.

Qatar Museums is inviting emerging and established artists based in Qatar to submit their proposals for its annual public art open calls. The annual open calls bring together artists to add vibrancy and meaning to walls across Doha and form part of Qatar Museums' ongoing commitment to supporting local talent and promoting public art.

Abdulrahman Al Ishaq, Director of Public Art at Qatar Museums, said: “The purpose of our annual open calls is to support local talent and to provide artists living in Qatar with a valuable opportunity to propose and create public artworks. Eligible artists are invited to put forward their proposals for works that will contribute to Qatar’s cultural and artistic scene by sparking thoughtful conversations through creative mediums.”

Eligible artists in Qatar are invited to apply to one or more of the following of Qatar Museums’ public art open calls, for a chance to have their artworks adorn walls across Doha.
