The Real Estate landscape in Qatar is gearing up for a major milestone in the coming week as the 3^rd edition of Qatar Real Estate Forum 2025 makes its much-awaited return under the theme ‘Aqarat’s Future.’ Organized by the General Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat), this annual forum stands as one of Qatar’s most influential gatherings driving forward conversations, innovations, and investments across the property sector.

The 3-day forum, to be held from Oct 12, 2025 – Oct 14, 2025 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), will bring together government officials, investors, developers and leaders from Qatar and around the world. The forum will explore trends and challenges that shape the industry while encouraging international collaboration and industry growth.

In this years edition, the forum will feature the pavilion of Aqarat, alongside the guest country pavilion represented by Saudi Arabia, deeply encouraging the regional ties for real estate advancement in the Gulf.
