The 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum opens today, October 12, 2025 at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre, bringing together the brightest minds and biggest players shaping the future of Qatar’s property market under the theme “Aqarat’s Future.”

Organized by the General Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) under the patronage of HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the exhibition commenced with the opening ceremony spearheaded by Minister of Municipality, His Excellency Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya.

The forum has already drawn an impressive turnout of government leaders, developers, investors, and innovators from Qatar and beyond — all gathering to explore the next frontier of real estate development and investment.

Running until October 14, the three-day event positions Doha as the pinnacle of property innovation, knowledge exchange, and strategic collaboration. The forum features an extensive lineup of keynote sessions, panel discussions, and exhibitions focused on government policy, PropTech, sustainable urban development, and the evolving investor landscape.

This year’s edition also spotlights the Guest Country Pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reinforcing regional ties and shared ambitions for the Gulf’s real estate future. The event’s opening sessions are already buzzing with insightful dialogue led by industry heavyweights including H.E. Engineer Khalid bin Ahmad Al-Obaidli, H.E. Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, H.E. Sheikh Nasser bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, and other distinguished speakers representing Qatar’s most influential property entities.

Adding to the excitement, Aqarat is also launching the inaugural Qatar Real Estate Award 2025, set to honor innovation, sustainability, and excellence within the country’s real estate landscape — with winners to be revealed during the forum.
