The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigner Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA) announced yesterday, the availability of a new online entry permit system for visitors living in GCC countries.

To avail the service visitors to Dubai should meet the following requirements:

• A valid GCC residency permit for at least a year
• No restrictions that prevent the traveler from entering the country
• Profession included in the work or residency card
• Original passport

The service is priced at AED250 plus VAT (5%) and is available 24/7. Interested visitors can apply for the visa here.

If all requirements are met, according to the GDRFA, the service takes only 48 hours to complete making it a quick and hassle free process to enter Dubai.
