Patients can now request medical reports online through a new feature that the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) has introduced to its My Health Patient Portal website. The website now allows patients to request medical records from the corporation's 28 health centers.
The patient or his dependents can submit a request to receive medical reports and other medical data, including x-ray and ultrasound images. After the payment has been made, the records may then be obtained from the designated main health center.
A PHCC representative stated that the portal is given access to a number of crucial services that may be obtained without having to go to the health center or phone the call center.

According to the representative, users of the portal are able to add dependents who are under the age of 18 and have a current Qatar ID to their profiles. Parents can seek a variety of services for their dependents through the portal, including enrolling for a health card, managing their appointments, getting a medical report, and other services.
Dependents over the age of 18 can create their own profiles through the site. A National Authentication System (Tawtheeq) account can be used to access the portal. The accessible electronic services are only available to residents of Qatar having a Qatar ID and those who are at least 18 years old.
Six services are available through this computerized platform, according to the official. These include setting up accounts for dependents, applying for new health cards, switching family doctors and health centers, seeking medical reports, and scheduling appointments.
