A fire broke out at the still under-construction Mall of Qatar at around 3.30pm.
According to Doha News, the fire started in the entertainment complex.
It is still unclear what started the fire. This is the second major fire in Qatar in just two days, the first being an electical fire at Caravan restaurant near the Ramada signal.
