Qetaifan Projects, a subsidiary of Katara Hospitality, made a striking impression at Cityscape Qatar 2025, held from October 12–14, 2025, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC). The Grove by Zaha Hadid Architects, in partnership with JMJ Group Holding, features 293 bespoke residences spread across interconnected buildings with gardens and infinity pools. Meanwhile, Carlton House by Taameer introduces a luxurious mixed-use concept that combines high-end residences and a hotel along the vibrant Marsa Qetaifan Walk.
