Hello!

I have applied visa for my new born baby through Metrash2 four months ago now my baby is 6 months. 
after submitting all the documents i waited for about a month but it says under review, then I went to the new immigration office and the officer, he scanned QID and said check after one week. Again it said under review for long time and I went back last week. 
i went last week again another officer scanned qid and said check next week. 
I try to tell him i came before and waitied long time for the same but, as soon as I started to speak

me, "Sir I came" 

officer " yalla go now" 

me " sir"
officer "check next week"

me "I"

with very aggressive attitude 

officer "yo go now or I will cancel your visa"

me "but"

officer "give me your ID"

me "I just want to say some thing"

officer "this is last time i am asking gime me your ID"

me "plz let me ask you one question"

officer called another police uniform officer and he started to tell me gime me your qid.  I gave him my qid and the first officer turned my application to deferred. 

I feel so so bad, humiliated, and beyound slaver. I was treated like worst criminal. I wanted to complain about him but no police officer tried to hear me out. 
I have no words to express how bad I felt for not even been able to speak a word.

now I don't know what to do or where to go to obtain RP for my little one?
