I have applied family visit visa for my parents on metrash2. 

Visited duhail immigration office, met with captain and he approved the visa. 

Now visa number and expiry dates are there but status is still under process as the approving captain told me that it is approved by us but we are forwarding it for security checks. 

Even after 5 days, status is same.

Want to know how much time it will take or which office I have to visit for final approval.
