I am working in Qatar, I am staying with my family and my family proceeded vacation, i went Airport and sent off them, after boarding formaliies completed, they went inside : with in 10 minites i received sms that my children have been exit, but my wife's exit metrash message were not received yet.

please Suggest what to do
