What started in Qatar around 1978 as the largest organized supermarket chain achieves another goal of delivering groceries online across Doha and the rest of Qatar.

Family Food Centre (FFC) now serves Qatar with both its online delivery platform and 5 Supermarkets in Al Nasr, Airport Road, Al Kheesa, Al Rayyan, and Family Mart in Doha Souq Mall, delivering the freshest produce, top quality pulses, food grains, dairy products, and everyday essentials.

Known for delivering a unique combination of value, freshness, and quality to customers, FFC launched its online delivery platform in June 2020 and has since garnered a steady stream of regular and loyal customers.

The online supermarket is a virtual store with a world-class choice of products and the highest standards of home delivery and customer service experience. Customers shopping online can choose from over 20,000 products across categories such as fresh groceries, cleaning, & household items, Pharmacy & Personal Care, baby products, kitchenware, glassware, home appliances, office & school, and also toys which are directly imported from over 35 countries.

Customers can shop easily for weekly or monthly groceries with free delivery on online orders above QAR 300. For orders below QAR 300, there is a delivery charge of QAR 10.

FFC now has two delivery slots: 8:30 am to 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

Therefore, customers placing orders before 8:00 am get same-day delivery while orders that come in after 4:00 pm are delivered the next day.

Customer orders are delivered with proper hygiene protocols in place ensuring that all products from the shelves of the store to the destination of the customer are delivered in the safest manner and on time.

Customer service provides enhanced adaptability and loyalty towards the customer’s needs. FFC believes in providing the highest level of customer service and is continuously innovating to meet consumer needs.

Family.qa is convenience personified, which has taken away all the stress associated with shopping for daily essentials. You can choose the products online in your own comfort of your living room and in just a few clicks receive the products of your choice at your doorsteps. The online delivery platform is mobile-friendly and will also have an app on the Android and iOS platforms in a few weeks.

When it comes to payment, FFC made it easy for the customers to pay through multiple payment channels like Credit and Debit cards, Internet Banking, or simply pay Cash on Delivery (COD).

The convenience of shopping for a home and daily needs, while not compromising on quality, has made www.family.qa the online supermarket of choice for thousands of happy customers across Qatar. All that you need under one roof.

FFC's online delivery platform is specially tailored to the needs of every resident in Qatar with everything from fresh fruits and vegetables, local and imported meats, seafood, deli, and everyday essentials being carefully hand-picked and delivered to your home.
