Kebab Night at Riyasat Doha

The royalty inspired Indian dining restaurant, Riyasat, is known for its unparalleled experience, delicious food, and excellent service. Riyasat features a cuisine influenced by the stately homes and royal kitchens of India and is anchored by Chef Jolly's culinary journey.

Located in Al Gassar resort, The St. Regis, Doha, Riyasat is open from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. and is closed on Mondays.

There are options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike on the restaurant's exotic kebab nights! For QAR 195, you can feast on some delicious starters, kebabs, desserts, and more!

During Kebab Night, you can savor delicious skewered kebabs and a variety of Tandoori kebabs every Thursday evening from 5 p.m. until midnight.

For an additional QAR 95, you can also add-on a Riyasati Lobster that is well-marinated with local farm herbs, fennel-butter garlic-lime, thyme oil leaves, coriander, and is cooked in a bee-hive clay oven.

A specialty of the restaurant is their ‘Shabdegh' Dal Riyasat, where shab means evening and degh means vessel. Over 24 hours are spent cooking these lentils to create a unique plant-based dish bursting with authentic flavors!

The Shabdegh Dal goes very well tandoori bread and naan and is a must-try when visiting Riyasat.

Among the other delicacies part of Thursday's Kebab Night include Salad Greens that come with peaches, toasted pumpkin seeds, cherry tomato, and pomegranate-mint dressing.

As well as their delicious ‘Beetroot & Beans Tikki’ which is made using tempered red kidney beans, cumin-chili-coriander patties, and topped with goat cheese.

The Tangdi (leg) Kebab, Makan Chooza (translates to creamy chicken), and Podi Prawns are filled with flavor, adding a little Indian masala twist.

With its tandoori flavor, Riyasat has some of the juiciest and succulent lamb chops around!

Don't forget dessert to cap off the evening. Riyasat’s signature Kulfi is an Indian ice cream made with condensed milk and comes in different flavors, such as avocado, mango, date, and saffron, topped with pistachios.
