In partnership with Mowasalat (Karwa), Qatar Tourism has launched its very first design competition, with the winning design of the competition to be placed on Qatar’s Iconic Limousines.

The “Iconic Limousine” is the latest initiative of Qatar Tourism’s efforts of building and enhancing offerings of the highest standard for visitors and residents alike.

Moreover, the premium limousine experience aims to offer a distinctive transportation experience with the best-in-class service and a striking exterior design, deeply anchored in Qatari culture and hospitality.

Qatar Tourism is inviting creative artists to design the car as per the template provided here. It is important to note that the winning design will be displayed on the entire exterior of the vehicles.

Furthermore, the competition has been classified into the ‘Jury’s top design choice’ and the ‘People’s design choice’.

The jury’s top design choice will be awarded a grand monetary prize of QAR 100,000, in addition to other incentives. They are as follows:

1. Design place on Iconic Limousine
2. Participant name on Iconic Limousine
3. Social media acknowledgment
4. Design showcased on various platforms
5. Invitation to the closing event

The people’s design choice will be awarded a monetary prize of QAR 50,000, in addition to other incentives. They are as follows:

1. Social media acknowledgment
2. Design showcased on various platforms
3. Invitation to the closing event

Please note that you must be a Qatari resident or citizen of age 18 and above and have a valid Qatar residency permit and Qatar ID in order to be eligible to participate in the competition.

The Jury panel will consist of notable members of Qatar society from a wide array of strategic sectors including travel and tourism, education, design, transportation, sports, and culture.
