The United Development Company (UDC), who are master developers of The Pearl-Qatar, has announced it will participate in Cityscape Qatar 2018, which is slated to be held from April 22 to 25 at the Doha Convention and Exhibition Centre.
UDC is expected to showcase its various real estate projects and familiarise investors from Qatar and abroad with a range of investment opportunities.
The company is also expected to unveil its latest construction project — a new island being developed alongside The Pearl-Qatar — as part of UDC’s five-year sustainable growth strategy, offering a new investment and residential venture on the promising local market, reported Gulf Times.
Cityscape Qatar 2018 will also feature the launch of UDC’s sale of a mix of properties at Giardino Village precinct, located at The Pearl. These will include villa plots and low-rise building lots comprising a ground floor and three or five stories as well as under construction villas, reported The Peninsula.
Giardino Village is a highly prized residential district featuring beautiful gardens and a private living space for residents.
Within a short walking distance of Porto Arabia, Medina Centrale and Qanat Quartier, this new residential development is conveniently located to allow for easy access to the retail and entertainment outlets in these districts. The precinct is also set to be home to a sports field, a school, and a hospital.
“The seventh edition of the exhibition underscores the strength of the Qatari economy and the abundance and diversity of investment opportunities in various sectors including the property market,” said UDC president & CEO Ibrahim Jassim Al Othman.
“UDC offers attendees a wide range of real estate products and investment opportunities that will be presented during the event along with the surprise reveal of our new island development project, thus reflecting the strong performance of UDC and its leading position when it comes to the implementation of integrated real estate projects,” he added.
The exhibition will also mark the launch of the third sale phase of residential units at Al Mutahidah Towers in Viva Bahriya precinct.
Qatar Living will once again be the official online partner this year. Qatar Living, which boasts one of the largest properties classifieds in the country, will have a dedicated booth during the exhibition to showcase its products to local and international investors.
