    Job Description:

     We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, coordinate with staff, handle documentation, and assist in smooth communication between management, clients, and employees.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, leave, and work schedules.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and client contracts.
    • Coordinate with the cleaning staff and ensure job assignments are clearly communicated.
    • Assist with WPS payroll processing and invoice tracking.
    • Prepare Invoice and send the invoice to the clients. 
    • Maintain an organized filing system (both digital and physical).
    •  Ensure smooth internal communication and assist with team when needed.
    • Basic Accounting works. Income and expenses statemnet 

     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 year of administrative experience (experience in a cleaning or service-based company is an advantage).
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Good communication skills in English (Hindi and Arabic is a plus).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.

    Salary:

     QR 3,000 â€“ QR 4,000 (Negotiable based on experience and interview performance)
