Auto Denter (Tinkerer) & Auto Painter

A well-equipped auto garage is looking for skilled, dependable professionals to join our bodyshop team immediately. We have openings for two dedicated candidates:

1. Auto Denter / Tinkerer

Key Responsibilities:

• Straighten, reshape, beat, and align damaged body panels, bumpers, fenders, doors, and chassis components.
• Perform metal pulling, stud welding, torch heating, cutting, and plastic bumper repairs.
• Disassemble and reassemble exterior parts, trims, and brackets with proper gap adjustments.
• Track each vehicle's repair progress using job cards and properly organize invoices with their corresponding job cards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work stall while properly managing workshop tools and dent-pulling equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience as an auto denter/tinkerer in a professional garage or bodyshop.
• Strong expertise in sheet metal beating, alignment, and structural panel restoration.
• Familiarity with workshop documentation, job card tracking, and billing coordination.

2. Auto Painter Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out complete surface preparation, including putty/filler application, guide coating, sanding, masking, and primer application.
• Perform computerized and manual color matching, tinting, base coat application, and clear coat spraying inside the paint booth.
• Complete paint detailing: wet sanding, compounding, buffing, and polishing to eliminate orange peel and dust nibs.
• Track each vehicle's repair progress using job cards and properly organize invoices with their corresponding job cards.
• Maintain paint guns, booth filters, compressors, and paint-mixing equipment to high safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of practical experience as an automotive spray painter helper in a professional garage or dealership.
• Help with workshop documentation, job card tracking, and billing coordination.

General Conditions (Both Roles):

• Transferable Qatar ID (QID) with NOC preferred for immediate local hire.
• Basic English or Arabic communication skills.
