We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Facility Management (FM) sector and a proven ability to secure new contracts and expand client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new FM contracts across commercial and retail developments
- Monitor government and private tender platforms for business opportunities
- Lead the tendering process from RFQ/RFP stage until contract award
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with operations & finance teams
- Manage bid preparation, submissions, and post-tender processes
- Build strong client relationships and drive long-term partnerships
- Develop strategic sales plans aligned with company growth targets
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of FM business development experience in Qatar
- Proven track record in securing soft/hard or integrated FM contracts
- Strong market network and understanding of FM service models
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
